What does a vineyard bake when nobody's watching?

Pleasant Valley Vineyard started as a simple dream — to create something honest and lasting in the rolling hills of eastern Oklahoma. What began as a handful of grapevines and a kitchen table has grown into a place where neighbors come for fresh bread, curious travelers stop for a taste, and every product carries the character of this land.

We bake in small batches using traditional methods passed down through generations. Our vineyard goods reflect the seasons: jam made from summer's ripest fruit, preserves that capture the last warmth of autumn, and baked goods that taste like they've always belonged here.
